Packaging
The shape is formed by pressing the carbon steel and the hardness and toughness are secured by heat treating. The burrs of the corners are removed using the barrel and the surface is treated by phosphate coating and zincing. Finally the completed product is inspected, packaged and shipped. We also meet the needs (QDC) of our customers by machining the product in a suitable way according to the product such as lathing, polishing and degreasing.
