Transfer press processing technology

In transfer machining, a machine called a transfer unit transfers a circler material (blank), which is punched out of a coil material, to the next process and continues with its machining. This machining is extremely effective in yielding rate of materials as well as workability of deep drawing products. Since the products are able to be transferred individually, machining such as side piercing and side trimming can easily be done while being transferred by turning the products.

Our company produces the core tube for the solenoid valve using this transfer press. This stainless steel product has a draw depth of 35mm, multistage draw shape with a inverted draw, and can only be produced by a transfer press.
