Our company mainly manufactures functional products for transportation equipment such as automobiles and motorcycles. As a result, technical workplaces responsible for product development and manufacturing workplaces operating production machinery tend to leave a strong impression. ~Comprehensive Welfare System~
We are a group company wholly owned by Topy Industries, Ltd., a world-class comprehensive wheel manufacturer listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. We offer a welfare system comparable to that of Topy Industries, including social insurance, childcare and nursing care support systems, commuting and housing allowances, and more. Additionally, we provide extensive education and training programs, such as in-house education systems, support for acquiring technical certifications and national qualifications, and English conversation courses.
Retirement Benefits System
We have a retirement benefits system consisting of a lump-sum retirement allowance and a corporate-type defined contribution pension plan, allowing you to prepare for the future in a planned manner.
Half-Day Paid Leave
Paid leave can be taken not only in full-day units but also in half-day units. For example, if your child has a school event in the morning, you can take paid leave in the morning and work in the afternoon. Unused half-day paid leave can be carried over to the next year, so it won’t go to waste.
Special Paid Leave
In addition to annual paid leave, we offer special paid leave for qualifying events such as weddings or childbirth (congratulatory leave), bereavement leave, and leave for relocation or disasters.
Flextime System
In the sales department, we have a flextime system (core time: 10:00–16:00) that allows employees to set their own start and end times, enabling work that suits traffic conditions and lifestyle.
Commuting Allowance
If you commute by car or motorcycle from a location more than 2 km from your workplace, we provide a commuting allowance based on the distance. For one-way commutes over 30 km, highway tolls are also covered. If you commute using public transportation from a location more than 2 km away, we provide a commuting allowance equivalent to the cost of a commuter pass.
Meal Subsidy
For factory workers, company-arranged lunch boxes are available for 100 yen per meal. If you bring your own lunch, a 100 yen meal subsidy is provided per meal. For employees working at the Tokyo or Utsunomiya sales offices, a separate meal allowance is provided.
Group Insurance
As part of the Topy Industries Group, employees can join group insurance plans (automobile, medical, life, earthquake, etc.) at discounted rates.
Vehicle Purchase & Referral Program
Employees who purchase or refer someone to purchase four-wheel, two-wheel, or general-purpose products from client manufacturers are eligible for incentive payments.
